I have a 3.5 month old son and my husband and iI had similar naming issues. It had been so easy with my daughters, but a boy? Nothing sounded right. It took a long time to come to a concensus, but we now have Anthony Dominic, who goes by Dominic. (My DH is also Anthony) Best of luck w/ your pregnancy and naming your baby! :)

I hadn't really realized how much effort the name can take until my sister-in-law was stumped for months, the right name just seems to strike us within a couple of days of serious thought (usually much different than what we thought it would be but still just right.) We told everybody that our last one would be Optimus Prime until she was born (we didn't know if she was a boy or a girl...) It's a great time to play around with people, that and it can deflect from some of the other issues people might take with our choice of birth options...

That is so funny about the silly name until the baby is born. I did that too and named my daughter Lafawnduh Moon Unit until she was born. I actually didn't have a name until she was born and got tired of people bugging me about her name. So one day that is what i came up with. Good luck choosing your baby's name.
